Day 7 - Blogtoberfest

A busy day today means a late posting to keep the blogtoberfest schedule on track. 

These photos show what can happen when you neglect your garden/backyard. Don't ask me where they came from... I certainly didn't plant them.. and in  among the rocks and paving??? Amazing.

In bloom

I spent most of today working in the yard; nothing glamourous, only mowing so that I don't have to brave the jungle just to get to my car. I gather there was a bit of rain while I was away.

Anyway I thought I would share some of the lovely things blooming at the moment. Nothing to compare with all the beautiful spring flowers we saw in France, but still pretty.
