It's strawberry season...

...and while I love fresh strawberries,I'm also partial to a bit of strawberry jam. Yum! Especially on scones!


My jam is actually a strawberry/ apple combo, but the apple flavour isn't noticeable, and it makes the strawberries go  further. Win/win!

    I use apple with strawberry too, as it has lots of pectin in. That looks delicious!
